BARAN is currently implementing TSFP project in Kandahar with the objective of reducing severity of malnourished pregnant and lactating women and reduce of mortality of moderate and acute malnourished children. POLIO SUPPORT TO ROUTINE EPI SERVICE DELIVERY IN KANDAHAR PROVINCE
BARAN implemented “Polio Support to Routine EPI Service Delivery in Kandahar Province” project. The overall objective of the project was to increase routine immunization coverage among children under one years old through deployment of 45 extra vaccinators. This boosted EPI coverage, sustain immunity for polio, address the gap of shortfall in number of vaccinators.
