BARAN is implementing BPHS in Kandahar province with objectives of reducing maternal and newborn mortality, reducing under five mortality and improving child health and nutrition.Totally 1 District Hospital (DH), 27 Comprehensive Health Centers (CHCs), 17 Basic Health Centers (BHCs), 1 Sub Health Center (SHC), and 626 Health Posts (HPs) are covered by this project for a population of 1,175,800 in the province.
